Estee Lauder Cosmetics Are Really Good

Wow. There are just so many cosmetic lines, clothing styles, footwear and accessories for them to choose from. It would take me a lifetime to sort through all that mess. Seeing it all just makes me proud to be a man in 2007. The last thing I want to worry about is whether or not I should choose moisturizer from Estee Lauder cosmetics or Elizabeth Arden. Once you see all these cosmetic counters, you’ll know exactly what I mean. Furthermore, half the products on them cost a fortune.

My wife is a big eye cream nut. This probably sounds odd to most men, but plenty of women are likely to be right there with her. It’s a girl thing no doubt. Anyway, she is always in search of the most ideal eye cream on the market. Unfortunately there are dozens to pick and choose from. All I can say to her is Good Luck! The last time we were at the shopping mall, she decided to pick up a few Estee Lauder cosmetics. One of them was an eye cream and the other was something called Fruition. Ouch, these two measly products cost me well over a hundred bucks. How can these Estee Lauder cosmetics be worth that much? They’ll probably be gone in a few months. All I can say is Este Lauder must be making an utter fortune. Not to mention all the competitor cosmetic lines that sit next to them in the department stores. I’m thinking I should have started a cosmetic line about now.

Are you getting what you pay for? This is an excellent question in regards to Estee Lauder cosmetics and all the expensive lines like Channel and Mac. Granted they come in cool packaging and look fancy, but are the results stellar? You can also purchase a variety of facial cosmetics at the local Walgreen’s. Some of these lower-end brands are even partners with the high-end stuff like Estee Lauder cosmetics. I can’t help but wonder if the ingredients are virtually the same, but the packaging is different. One resource every woman should take advantage of is Internet reviews. Check online to see what people are saying about a variety of these cosmetics. That certain one you thought was ideal may just receive countless negative remarks/feedback. Expensive doesn’t always mean good but in this case they are.

Origins Natural Skin Care Products

Posted by Glowing | Face Care | Friday 18 December 2009 4:07 pm

More and more, people are becoming interested in natural skin care products. It’s not just women though. Countless men all over the world are also interested in skin care treatments that have few synthetic ingredients in them. Even though we live in the age of science and technology, we are constantly reverting back to all-natural solutions due to their powerful effectiveness, and lack of potential side effects. Take a moment to consider what is in your medicine cabinet or resting on your bathroom sink. Do you really know what is in the topical products you’re slathering on your skin every day? There could be ingredients that cause irreversible damage.

Luckily there is a wide array of natural skin care products available now days for both women and men to choose from. Moreover, they are suitable for all age groups. One major company that emphasizes natural skin care products is Aveda. Some of the core ingredients used in this line’s products are plant extracts and floral components. Now, you may wonder why this matters. A great deal has to do with how your skin reacts to topical treatments, moisturizers, soaps, masks, scrubs, astringents and cleansers. If you have an anti-aging serum that is loaded with ingredients you’ve never heard of, it is a little unsettling. After all, you may have allergic reactions to some of these synthetic components. This is especially true if you have sensitive skin. Therefore you should probably seek out natural skin care products and remedies that are hypoallergenic and dermatologist tested. This decreases your chances of having a reaction.

Some of the ingredients found in skin care products are fragrances and dyes. These are commonly irritating to many individuals. However, nowadays you will see plenty of natural skin care products that are completely free of fragrances, dyes, and even parabens. If you are uncertain where to begin, try websites like Sephora.com. If you have a store location like this near you, it is wise to visit them in person. Any natural skin care products you find there can be given to you in sample size. This way you can test the products on your skin in order to see if they are effective, do not irritate, and do what they are claimed to do.

Both Origins and Aveda specialize in more natural skin care products. Although both lines are primarily geared toward women, they both do offer some products for men. Again, if you have one of these store locations near your home, you can visit them in person, and acquire a few samples. This way you can give their natural skin care products a shot before you choose to buy. There are many other small skin care companies that develop all-natural treatments as well. You just have to compare and see what they offer.
