Estee Lauder Cosmetics Are Really Good

Wow. There are just so many cosmetic lines, clothing styles, footwear and accessories for them to choose from. It would take me a lifetime to sort through all that mess. Seeing it all just makes me proud to be a man in 2007. The last thing I want to worry about is whether or not I should choose moisturizer from Estee Lauder cosmetics or Elizabeth Arden. Once you see all these cosmetic counters, you’ll know exactly what I mean. Furthermore, half the products on them cost a fortune.

My wife is a big eye cream nut. This probably sounds odd to most men, but plenty of women are likely to be right there with her. It’s a girl thing no doubt. Anyway, she is always in search of the most ideal eye cream on the market. Unfortunately there are dozens to pick and choose from. All I can say to her is Good Luck! The last time we were at the shopping mall, she decided to pick up a few Estee Lauder cosmetics. One of them was an eye cream and the other was something called Fruition. Ouch, these two measly products cost me well over a hundred bucks. How can these Estee Lauder cosmetics be worth that much? They’ll probably be gone in a few months. All I can say is Este Lauder must be making an utter fortune. Not to mention all the competitor cosmetic lines that sit next to them in the department stores. I’m thinking I should have started a cosmetic line about now.

Are you getting what you pay for? This is an excellent question in regards to Estee Lauder cosmetics and all the expensive lines like Channel and Mac. Granted they come in cool packaging and look fancy, but are the results stellar? You can also purchase a variety of facial cosmetics at the local Walgreen’s. Some of these lower-end brands are even partners with the high-end stuff like Estee Lauder cosmetics. I can’t help but wonder if the ingredients are virtually the same, but the packaging is different. One resource every woman should take advantage of is Internet reviews. Check online to see what people are saying about a variety of these cosmetics. That certain one you thought was ideal may just receive countless negative remarks/feedback. Expensive doesn’t always mean good but in this case they are.

Effective Exercises to Get Rid of Cellulite

Posted by Glowing | Beauty Secrets | Tuesday 15 December 2009 2:22 pm

People spend an incredible amount of time and money on their appearance for a variety of reasons. Most claim that attractive presentations or looking your best is one of the keys to success, and I agree. You do not have to be a beauty queen or anything like that, but looking your best sends the message that you can do anything and are confident in your abilities. In that respect, one of the biggest challenges for many women is cellulite. But you may be glad to know that there exercises to get rid of cellulite.

Before going too far into the exercises to get rid of cellulite, let’s discuss exactly what cellulite is and what causes it. First of all, if you have cellulite, you are not weird. In fact, it would be weird for any woman that has gone through puberty to not have cellulite; it seems like a naturally occurring phenomenon regardless of weight, age or physical fitness. Certain cells propagate in the fat layers of your skin, creating a dimpling effect that is visible on your skin. Again, this is perfectly normal on virtually all women (and many men). And there is no cure.

You read that right. There is no cure to fully eliminate cellulite from your body. No amount of lasers, creams, or medicines currently developed can eliminate cellulite in the long-term. The solution? Exercises to get rid of cellulite.

That is also a misnomer as there are no exercises to get rid of cellulite, at least, not completely. What exercise can do with your body is reduce the level of fat in your target areas and thereby reduce the effect of cellulite on the appearance of your skin. This, along with other lifestyle factors such as your diet are the most effective weapons against cellulite.

First of all, what you want to do with the exercises to get rid of cellulite is to preform exercises that will tone and firm your muscle mass in those problem areas. For instance, if you are finding that you have cellulite primarily under your buttocks, you need to be doing light resistance training with those muscles to firm and tighten your skin at those points. Likewise if you have cellulite issues around your knees or thighs. In these cases, the exercises to get of cellulite are lunges for your buttocks and squats for your thighs and knees.

Like I wrote, there are no exercises to get rid of your cellulite. These exercises combined with a diet that is lower in fats can help your body look leaner and tighter. When that happens, the effects of cellulite are not nearly as noticeable.
